Suzanne Richards
Owner
Suzanne has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from California State University Fullerton, a master’s degree in public health from Loma Linda University and a second master’s degree in business administration from the University of California Irvine. She has been in healthcare for over forty years as a registered nurse and also serving as a Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Executive Officer for multiple acute care facilities. Suzanne currently serves on several health care boards and one university board. Suzanne will be focused on the care operations and ensuring high quality delivery of caregivers.
TJ Richards
Owner
TJ has a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from California Polytechnic University Pomona and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of California, Irvine. He is the inventor of the KISS Wound Guide, used in hospitals, wound care centers and forensic investigations internationally. He has worked in healthcare sales for over twenty years and will be focused on operations.
Heather Robinson
Office Manager
Heather has dedicated the last fifteen years to healthcare in various capacities. In each of her roles as Staff Coordinator, Patient Support, Senior Activities Coordinator, Insurance Liason, and Management, to name a few, she always serves with compassion and positivity. Heather is no stranger to convalescent care having been a caretaker for members of her own family. She understands the importance of having someone to rely on when you need help caring for loved ones. Her passion lies in senior care and Veterans affairs she is committed to serving and providing families with the support they need throughout their journey.
ThomasJohn Richards
Coordinator
ThomasJohn (aka TJ) has a bachelor’s degree in film production from the LA Film School and is a published author of two books and multiple screenplays. He is currently enrolled in EMT training. He has worked in healthcare at local trauma center for over two years and will be focused on marketing and quality.
Pierce Richards
Coordinator
Pierce is completing a bachelor’s degree in business from California State University Fullerton and plans to obtain a master’s degree in business administration after graduation. He has worked in healthcare at a local trauma center for over two years and will be focused on operations.
Michael Daly
Coordinator
Michael Daly has been in the healthcare industry for nearly 15 years as a Quality Improvement Administrator and has worked at multiple hospitals such as Chino Valley Medical Center, Anaheim Global Medical Center, and South Coast Global Medical Center. As Quality Improvement administrator, he worked very closely with doctors, nurses and all staff who cared for our guests to make sure they received the best quality of care during their stay. Working years in Quality, he has always strived to make sure his work and the work of those around him was held to the highest of standards.
Samuel DiGerlando
Advisor for Veterans and Seniors
Sam is an accomplished man spending multiple years in the insurance and grocery businesses. He is a proud veteran and spent over five years as a Marine during the Korean War. He has served as the vice president to his retail clerks retirement club for over ten years and enjoys being active. He will be focused on advising on veteran and senior needs.
